I feel I cannot finish the piece you've requested at all, regardless of circumstance. In this case, I will offer a partial refund of 50%.

There has been an error in price calculation. In this case, I will send back any extra funds given.

I reserve the right to decline any commission. Please do not take this personally, it is never done from a place of malice.

I reserve the right to alter my terms of service and rules should new situations and problems crop up. I genuinely hope I don't have to, but signs and rules are never made without reason. I only ask for understanding.

I reserve the right to reuse any design elements, poses, and anything else not personal to your character that were rejected in the sketching stage for future commissions.

Payment is due in full and upfront.

Payment will be done via PayPal and will be in USD. I will send you an invoice once everything is agreed upon.

Additional fees will be charged for:

Major revisions beyond the sketching phase.

Excessive revisions.

Rush orders / tight deadlines.

The exact prices for the fees described above are dependent upon what they are being charged for and the complexity of the commission itself. They will always be mentioned and discussed before they are charged.

Please include plentiful visual references of the character to be drawn. This should be of that specific character. It should be a turnaround of your character, which can be a previously drawn reference or pieces from different angles -or- ingame screenshots (if applicable) from multiple different angles. If these are not on hand, or you do not have any, please chat with me and we will try to figure something out!

Other references added at your own discretion or that are specific to the piece you would like can include:

Color palettes.

Hairstyles specific to the piece I am doing for you, if not shown on the previous required reference.

Clothing styles or vibes, if not shown on the previous required reference.

Mood boards.

A Pinterest board.

Please do not hand me other artist's characters as a reference for your own character.

Please do not hand me other artist's art as a reference for your own character unless they were bought or given to you and are specifically of your character.

Please do not knowingly give me AI generated images as references for your character, whether they were found or generated yourself. Please.

Keep good communication with me, and respond in a timely manner to questions or requests for review of your piece. This will keep things running smoothly and prevent unnecessary wait time.

Take responsibility for anything you fail to tell or give me in regards to your piece, such as references and further descriptions, that will prevent me from completing your piece to your satisfaction. I am not a mind reader. If something is wrong or not to your liking, tell me and we will work to fix it!

Carefully read through this ToS, my FAQ, and the pricing information before deciding you want a commission from me.

Once payment as well as all references needed are received, I will begin sketching either the same day, or within a few days following.

I will send you the sketch before moving on with the rest of the commission. Two full revisions are accepted during this stage.

I will update you further at any major milestones such as the beginning and end of flat colors and shading. However, you may ask for updates at any time that is convenient for you. I will be happy to share any progress made, or let you know how things are going if nothing significant has been done.

The sketches and all following progress shots will be sent as low resolution, and will be watermarked in some way. Please do not remove the watermark, and do not post the in-progress shots on your social media. You may share them via DMs with your friends, if you'd like!

My own turnaround time, depending on the scale and complexity of the piece and whatever life throws at me, can range from a week to a few months. While I encourage asking about progress, please do not pester me and/or prompt me to hurry if a deadline was not previously discussed.

Otherwise, specific deadlines or need for priority must be discussed and agreed upon before the start of the commission.

Two full revisions and several minor revisions are allowed during the sketch phase and are fully included in the price of the commission.

Limited minor revisions are allowed while still in the flat coloring stage and are fully included in the price of the commission.

Excessive minor revisions that begin to hinder further progress in the piece will result in additional fees. However, revisions needed due to my own negligence of references given will be entirely free.

Further major revisions after two will result in additional fees.

What constitutes as a major and minor revision is up to me, as the artist.

I, the artist, retain rights over any commissioned works.

I reserve the right to post both cropped WIPs and the final piece to my own social media.

The prices listed are for personal use only, and the work(s) I do for you should not be used commercially. For any commercial use, you must purchase the rights from me at 300% the original price.

Any characters depicted in these commissioned works remain copyrighted to their rightful owners.

When posting, sharing, or using the commissioned work, you must link back to me. A link to this carrd, my bluesky, or my tumblr will work just fine!

Credit is still required even if/when you use the work commercially.

You may use and/or edit the commissioned work in ways including:

Printing for personal use.

Cropping or resizing the image for personal avatars, headers, etc.

Post the work on your social media with credit to me and my signature/watermark clearly visible.

You may not use and/or edit the commissioned work in the following ways:

Claiming it as your own.

Removing my signature/watermark.

Coloring in my sketches or otherwise uncolored works.

Minting or otherwise using or selling the work in any way for use in NFT, cryptocurrency, or training GenAI.

Use or reproduce the art commercially without purchasing the rights from me first.

Once work has begun on the piece overall, no refunds will be given except in the following cases:

I have made an error in the price of your piece and have charged you too much. In such case, I will gladly refund the extra amount.

You may not file a chargeback against me regardless of the circumstances.
